Week 6 of TRSWB!

hello and welcome to another edition of "TRSWB", this week we have some exciting new posts, updates, activities, and other things. and i have to say, im ashamed of all my viewers! ive had over 200 site views, and no one has entered into the POH contest! please look it up in the "search this blog" tool located in the center of the tools column to view the qualifications. honestly im ashamed of you, well anyway lets get going on updates!

ok, well this update isnt too big for us USA players, and off topic, i want to say happy 4th of july to all the americans viewing this post. but back to the update. well we all know these, we all use them sometimes, and we all will get one for christmas if we play runescape. the runescape pre-paid membership cards are now availible in 7-eleven gas/convienent stores in sweden. so all of you up in sweden, head down to the 7-eleven with your parents and ask them to get you one!

(disclaimer: you dont need to get one of these cards im just trying to sell the seriousness of this to the sweedes... that is all) well on to the town of the week!!!

ok well we've all heard of it, we've all seen the secret ways to get there with minecars, and we all wanna go there if we havent already been there. Keldigrim is a very cool town, it is also the only town you start a quest immediatley by entering it. and it is also the town that takes the longest to get to your first time, even though your only about 100 feet from it. to enter keldigrim go up to rellekka/trollweise, find a cave east of the rock crabs outside rellekka eastern borders. you will see a cave that has 2 massive dwarf statues, enter the cave, then go strait to the opening across from you. dont go down by the ice trolls. once your in youll see a massive mine. talk to the dwarven boatman. hes wearing all blue and standing by the fire you see when you enter the mine. talk to him, after i dont what he says, you'll be on your way to keldigrim. youll have this neat little intro to keldigrim movie you watch, im not going to tell what happens in it because thats what starts the quest. once you watch the movie youll be in the black dwarven guards small HQ, after this guy is done yelling at you about what ahppend in the intro movie, you agree to help, then you can walk right out the door and start your adventure! so when you exit youll be on the west side of town. either the west or the south,i cant remember. but there is a stonemason over there who will sell you granite, marble, limestone, crystal seeds, and goldleaves. there are a few weapon shops there, and part of the dwarven trade market is there also. go across the bridge to the north east or north, then youll see the boat that brought you there. this side of town is alot morefun, small but still fun. here there is a bar, minecars to take you to white wolf mnt. and the dwarven mines, the blast furnace minigame, and the pick shop. but in the center of the whole city above the river is the dwarven market. from thsi side of the market you can access the crafting, and clothes shops, along with a few other range and food shops. if you go up the stairs on either side of the building your in the dwarven trade center. this is a big part of "the giant dwarf" quest. now keep walking in the opposite direction of the stairs you came from, go through the dwarves barking shipping orders and so on, and then go down those stairs. there your at the genral store, the clothes shop, and the weapons shop. the clothes shop is my favorite shop there. (warning, be aware that all the dwarven clothes are insanley small on you. on guys you will be wearing low-rider short shorts, and a cut off tank top. you have been warned!) now these clothes are really funny. they are my "mess around and do funny youtube video" runescape clothes. now on girls, they look HOT, but on guys, they look very VERY questioning of your sexuality. i mean, they barley come down to the bottom of a guys chest. like maybe 2 inches below the nipples...i mean dude... seriously... dont get these... well more about keldigrim. once you finish looking at the sites, go to the boat man, to go back to the mines, or take a mine car by talking to the men yelling "tickets to the dwarven mines for sale!" they do cost like 150 gp so have soem money on you, the boatman is free though, ok now enough about keldigrim, onto the monster of the week!

well this monster was mentioned in a previous post. this is the GiantMole. know i know how it sounds, what the hell is so frightening about a damn mole? well this thing is about as big as the KBD. the mole has 200 hp, is level 230, and drops 3-5k coins, mole pelts and some type of tooth/claw. the claws or whatever, can be sold to the gardener in the house at the far east side of the falador park. so, to get to the giant mole, find the dungeon symbol on top of a mole mound in the falador park. once there, use a spade to dig, and youll be dropped into the mole's lair. there are alot of blind baby moles there that dont hurt you, but the giant mole, jumps out of walls, the ground, or the ceiling, then once its fought with you enough, it goes out digs back under the ground to another part of the cave system! if your familliar is fighting with you, once the mole disasperes follow you familiar, he'll lead you to it because it still thinks your supposed to be fighting! well thats the monster of the week. time to go onto the questions segment!

1: toomuchooh882 writes: what is the best place to train range at level60?

I answer: well to be honest, im not too much on finding the best spot to train. the way i see it, your gonna get the same XP for killing something with a bow as you would with a sword. atleast in the places i train. it maybe faster or slower compared to a sword or magic, but once you find a very good place to train, it works with most combat skills. i train at the experiments under fenkenstrain castle. their lvl 25, have 100hp and take next to nothing! so look back in one of my older posts to find the location of them. they give you 380-390 xp each kill! so check em out!

Giggity9goo writes: what do you get from the Recruitmen Drive quest? people keep saying i should do it but when i ask them what i get they dont say anything! can you tell me?

I answer: well that is kinda mean of those people, but luckily for you i did both all the quests in that series! recruitment drive is a fun, mind involving quest. its basically one big puzzle, but its worth it. i might do a quest guide on it later on. but from it you get Gold Trimed White Knight Armor. but its really called initiate armor. from there you can do the "wanted" quest, and become a white knight, and then you can do the last quest, i honestly forgot the name, i did it at level 69, and you get proslyet armor, im not sure of the spelling on that but if you wanna see it just type in "pros" in GE and it should come up. but that armor gives you good rpayer bonuses and is almost like, a dark gold trim white knight armor. so i hope i helped!

ok well thats all for the questions. my friend said with all the new jagex merhcandise coming out i should give a critique for it. so the first thing im going to give my opinion about is the new-ish book, "Betrayl of Falador". i read this book, this is a great book. it is deffinatley in the top 5 favortie books, along with Inheritance saga( Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr) and the harry potter collection. this book is just as good as harry potter and it is nice to see such familar NPC's such as Sir amik Varze and Doric the dwarven smith used in such a great book. the "Betrayl of Falador" is a great book and it gives amazing new ideas on exsisting plots, palces, and themes in runescape! i suggest you go to the runescape homepage, click "jagex shop" and click "book" and get this book for $16.99. this is an amazing book!

wekk thats it for this edition of TRSWB! see you in 5-7 days!
